This dinner photo was taken December 18, 1952, while Charles and June were on vacation in New Orleans and having dinner at The Court of Two Sisters, 613 Rue Royale, New Orleans,  La.  They both were musicians and especially liked Big Band Jazz.  In fact, although they didn't start dating until after they both came home from the war, they first met when they were in the clarinet section of the East Bank High School band.  They were married in Charlie's parents' living room on 98th Street in Marmet, West Virginia on June 25, 1948.
