Howerton Heritage was the dream of Bryan R. Howerton & John F. Howerton who devoted thousands of hours to researching our Howerton name. John Franklin Howerton passed away a few years ago and Bryan, still alive and well, chose not to continue with the research.

Effective January 1, 2009, Howerton Heritage no longer published a newsletter or continued assisting Howertons in online Genealogical Searches. The site will remain intact hosting all of the Newsletters previously published, obituaries, reunions, and history. I will continue to post obituaries and reunions as they are received. The website will be slightly altered to reflect any pages that are no longer functional.
